Im Rahmen von eParts tritt die HOMAG Group AG als Koordinator für alle produzierenden Unternehmen, Vertriebsgesellschaften, Vertriebspartner der HOMAG Group auf, der die Internetplattform mit der Bezeichnung "eParts" zur Verfügung stellt.
Durch eine Bestellung in eParts kommt automatisch ein Vertrag zwischen dem Besteller und dem jeweils zuständigen Servicepartner zustande.
Der Besteller erhält von seinem Servicepartner eine Bestätigungs-Email über die bestellte Ware.
