WEEKE shows interesting innovations and highlights in the area of CNC processing and drilling technology as well as attractive solutions regarding efficiency of resources.

Flexibility: CNC processing for all demands
WEEKE has been especially busy with regard to the BMG range. Cleverly expanding its range of products WEEKE is now able to offer a large variety of equipment for all demands. At the same time the Venture series has been supplemented by various attractive equipment. By presenting machines from both product lines WEEKE demonstrates its strong CNC range of perform-ance.
Since its world premiere at the LIGNA 2009 the BHX 050/055 has been bought with great enthusiasm by more than 660 customers all over the world. Innovation High-speed drilling technology with cross throughfeed
A new drilling concept will be presented. High-speed drilling with cross throughfeed means completely batch size independent production. Faster and more effective than ever at top quality level. Complete vertical process-ing from above and below within a single machine section. Performance can be increased by up to 15 % compared to existing concepts.

Focus: Resource efficiency
At the LIGNA 2011 WEEKE offers astounding saving possibilities in this area. Purposely bundled suction capacity with less force required, lower power consumption due to intelligent control and vacuum pump technology as well as use of power-saving and vibration-absorbing high-tech material SORBTECH for certain machine frames.

Handling solutions: Already at the entry level
Together with BARGSTEDT, WEEKE also introduces a Nesting storage combination which is particularly dynamic. The high degree of automation promises great potential and all this with a very favorable price-performance ratio.

Fittings insertion Comprehensive know-how
In this area WEEKE shows how multifunctional a machine can be. The ex-hibited ABL 210 combines the insertion of three different fittings, various drawer slides and smart glue injection. Thus WEEKE creates new synergies in the high-tech area. The integrated drawer slides handling system with storage capacity of at least 120 pairs of slides per type, sets new standards and remains flexible with regard to different slide types. The equipment of the LIGNA machine enables the use of four different types and can be op-tionally expanded by various equipment.
