With the application ServiceBoard live streaming of the current service case on the machine to the ServiceCenter by video diagnostics is possible.
Thus, the employee in the ServiceCenter can immediately make available to you information in a mobile way – for example instructions, films, pictures or layouts. Therefore, a remedy of the current fault is often immediately possible due to fast identification.
Moreover, the ServiceBoard application allows also the direct access to the spare parts shop eParts or the creation of a service request which is sent directly to the service department and which you can also trace and track.
The ServiceBoard is available as of now for customers of our Production Companies in Germany.
